First in Saudi Arabia, and second globally, with this achievement, Batterjee Medical College has excelled in the International Outlook pillar of the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2027. It did so in its first-ever appearance in the rankings, placing in the 1401–1600 band among 2,297 universities and higher education institutions worldwide.
