BMC's Board of Trustees Approves Academic and Administrative Decisions

Batterjee Medical College's Board of Trustees held its first meeting for the Academic Year of 2016-2017 at its fourth session, in the college campus in Jeddah.

The meeting was attended by Eng. Sobhi Batterjee, chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Khalid Batterjee, Vice Chairman, Dr. Osama Kensara, BMC Dean, Dr. Ghazi Damanhouri, Director of the King Fahd Center for Medical Research at King Abdulaziz University, Dr. Khalid JarAllah, General Director of Private Higher Education, Dr. Essam Azhar, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences and Dr. Khalid Alzmami, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences.

The board members discussed numerous topics in regards to the academic and administrative progress at the college, reviewed the college's strategic plan and highlighted this year's achievements (2016-2017). Also, the board approved a number of recommendations suggested by the college's management to develop the academic and administrative aspects. Also, they discussed the development of several academic programs and the change of curriculums for some, in order to provide students with the best educational standard.

At the end, the board approved the list of graduates for the academic year of 2016/2017.
